Marie-Carole Descollines was called to the Bar in 2012. Her legal practice focuses primarily in the areas of family law, youth protection, private international law, civil law, immigration law, labour & employment law and administrative law.
She has represented the interests of parents in various legal proceedings including custody and access matters and child protection matters. Marie-Carole is bilingual and is glad to be able to represent her clients throughout the province in both English and French.

She began practicing law in the offices of a well-known Bromont lawyer, praticing in Tax Law, criminal and penal and Family Law. She later joined a firm in Sherbrooke, practicing alongside experienced Sherbrooke legal professionals.

Raised in Montréal, Québec, Marie-Carole graduated from O’Sullivan College and then proceeded to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Justice from the University of Laurentian followed by a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sherbrooke and a post graduate degree in common law and transnational law (JURI DOC) from the University of Sherbrooke
